Join us on Zoom for a full length Yoga Nidra class to celebrate the Spring Equinox!
We will settle with some energy work and meditation, then you’ll lie down in the comfort of your own home for a guided yoga nidra practice
You’ll need a place where you will not be disturbed for 90 minutes, a pillow, blanket or any other supports so you are comfortable
This practice has the physiologic effect of 2-8 hours of restful sleep. Yoga nidra offers deep physical, emotional, mental, physiologic and metabolic rest-the perfect antidote for the way we live today!
